CODEO is managed by a 24-member Advisory Board co-chaired by the distinguished Rev. Dr. Fred Deegbe, a minister of the Ghana Baptist Union and a lawyer, and Ghana’s first qualified female Computer Programmer and Systems Analyst, Mrs. Elizabeth Joyce Villars.
